Support and account questions

For account access problems, privacy requests, or general support, email [email protected]. Include enough detail to explain what went wrong and what device or browser you were using if the issue is technical.

If your message is about a gameplay issue, it helps to mention whether you were in guest mode or on a permanent account and whether the problem happened during a normal run, a duel, or a menu flow.

What helps when reporting a bug

Clear bug reports make fixes much faster. If possible, include the page you were on, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and whether the issue is consistent or intermittent.

Screenshots, timestamps, and the exact wording of any error message are especially useful for gameplay or browser-specific issues.

Feedback and creator inquiries

Feedback about onboarding, balance, public guides, or the general direction of the project is welcome. Messages are easiest to act on when they describe the player goal behind the feedback instead of only saying a feature feels bad or confusing.

If you are a creator, community organizer, or someone who wants to feature the game, include the context of the request and where you plan to publish it so the response can be more useful.
